Back strap branding — please advise

    "TOKKKI" on the self-fabric back strap, approx. 35 x 6 mm, tone-on-tone

  • Option B — mark only

    Rabbit mark only on the strap, approx. 12 mm wide, tone-on-tone

Which of these is possible on the self-fabric strap — embroidery, woven patch, or heat transfer? Please advise what your factory does best at this size, and the minimum quantity for it.

Measurements we need from you

  • — Head circumference range of the one-size strap (minimum to maximum, in cm)

Fit depth is the single thing our customers ask about. We want a shallow crown similar to a 47Brand Clean Up — not a deep, high-profile crown like a New Era 59FIFTY. Your catalog lists structure and profile in words, but not in millimetres, so we cannot compare without these numbers.
